Job summary

Bupa Ashley Park Care Home in Guildford is seeking a Registered Nurse (Nights) to join our team. This 36-hour weekly night contract runs 8pm–8am, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. A £1,000 welcome bonus and paid breaks are included.

You will lead clinical care, administer medications, develop and evaluate care plans, and coach the care team to maintain high standards of patient-centred care. A valid NMC pin is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current registration.
• Experience delivering high-quality clinical care in a care home setting.
• Ability to lead and coach care teams and oversee nursing duties.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the team; deliver teaching to colleagues and other professionals.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
