Bupa UK in Clevedon is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join Elm View Care Home. You will provide person-centred care, support residents with daily needs, and help maintain activity and wellbeing within a welcoming home environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Desirable: Health and Social Care qualification or related training.

Responsabilités

• Support residents with a range of needs from companionship to personal care.
• Observe and document changes in residents’ condition in line with regulations.
• Support residents’ nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
