Elm View Care Home (Bupa) in Clevedon is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts. You will lead clinical care, oversee medication administration, and support residents and their families with compassionate, person-centred care.

The role offers a permanent contract (36 hours/week nights) with paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus. Training on digital care and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience ensuring high clinical standards and patient safety.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and handover to care teams.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team with teaching and support.
• Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
