From welcome induction to ongoing training, you will document care plans, monitor nutrition and hydration, assist with mobility, and encourage meaningful activities. The role emphasises safety, respect, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Keeps accurate notes and reports changes in residents’ condition.
• Assists with nutrition, hydration and care planning.
