Job summary

Prime Life is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. The role requires a current NMC pin and offers 38.5 hours per week across a 7-day working pattern to support 146 residents with age-related, physical and mental health needs, including dementia care.

Qualifications

• Current NMC pin is essential.
• Post-qualification experience within a clinical setting is required.
• A caring, patient and respectful approach to residents is essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately and promptly.
• Assist in safe ordering, custody, storage and administration of all medications.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date and evaluated.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care delivered.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect resident dignity and independence across varying abilities.
• Participate in daily handovers and contribute to team meetings.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Manager.
