Prime Life is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire. An essential requirement is a current NMC pin; we provide comprehensive training and support to maintain your credentials.

Responsibilities include nursing notes, medication management, care plan updates, and daily client visits to ensure dignified, patient-centered care in a 146-resident village. We value empathy and teamwork, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Valid Nursing Pin (NMC) essential.
• Post-qualification clinical experience desired.
• Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in medication ordering, custody, storage and administration.
• Ensure care plans and records are up-to-date and evaluated.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Lead daily handovers with care staff and nurses.
