Prime Life are seeking dedicated care professionals to join the team as a Registered Bank Nurse (Bank). The role is based at Phoenix Park Care Village, Scunthorpe, supporting 146 residents with age-related, physical and cognitive health needs.
Essential: current NMC pin and post-qualification clinical experience. DBS check is provided, along with funded training and a generous holiday pay scheme. You will work as and when required to meet resident needs.
Formación
- Current NMC pin is required to practice as a nurse in the UK.
- Post-qualification clinical experience within a care setting is desirable.
- Patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.
Responsabilidades
- Complete nursing notes accurately.
- Assist in ordering, custody, storing and administration of medications.
- Ensure care plans and records are up to date and evaluated.
- Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care delivery.
- Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
- Respect residents’ dignity and independence irrespective of condition.
- Lead daily handovers for nursing clients with care staff and nurses.
- Attend daily meetings and share information.
