Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate nursing notes and care plans.
• Assist with medication ordering, storage and administration.
• Ensure care plans are up-to-date and evaluated regularly.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care quality.
• Comply with the NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Support handovers and communicate with care staff during shifts.
• Take on additional reasonable duties as required by management.
