Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid NMC registration.
• Active NMC pin with no restrictions.
• Experience in elderly or residential care.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of care aligned with individual care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and manage basic clinical tasks.
• Work with the home team to maintain a homely atmosphere.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Report health changes to GP/Professional when needed.
• Maintain professional registration and conduct at all times.
