Bridge Oak Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Daneside Court in Northwich. You will deliver compassionate, person-centred care, ensure accurate care plans, and work within NMC guidelines to support residents’ health and wellbeing.

The role requires an active NMC pin, flexibility for some evenings and weekends, and a commitment to creating a warm, homely environment for older residents. Bridge Oak values teamwork, development and compassionate service.

Formación

• Must hold active NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly care is preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standards of nursing care according to care plans and handovers.
• Lead and support junior care and ancillary staff.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform clinical tasks per NMC guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and individualized care plans.
• Liaise with health and social care professionals to support residents.
