Highgate Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Foresters Lodge in Bridlington. This permanent night-shift role requires an active NMC pin and a passion for caring for older residents.

You will lead and support a small team, ensure care plans are followed, and maintain high standards of clinical practice. The role involves coordinating with healthcare professionals, documenting care, and ensuring residents’ wellbeing with a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of care in accordance with the care plan.
• Supervise junior care and ancillary staff to ensure efficient home operations.
• Report ill health and arrange GP/professional visits when necessary.
• Maintain and update Client Care Plans with residents, relatives, and health professionals.
• Assess and monitor residents' health and social care needs with ongoing reviews.
• Diligently document care and ensure accurate records and handover reports.
