Job summary
Bupa Mount Hall Care Home in Bollington near Macclesfield is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a 36-hour contract across three 12-hour day shifts (8am–8pm). This position includes paid breaks and a £1,000 welcome bonus, with a focus on delivering person-centred care to help residents live their best lives.

Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current clinical registration.
- Experience delivering person-centred care in a care home or clinical setting.
- Ability to manage medications, review care plans, and lead a care team.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional and social needs.
- Coach and guide the care team with formal/informal teaching.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
- Ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
