Job Description:

The Role: Checking quality requirements for all products manufactured by Deli Lites, ensuring that products are manufactured in line with Product Specifications, Food Safety, Food Legality, Factory Hygiene Standards. Reporting any NCRs and GMP issues.

As Night Shift Quality Controller, you will uphold the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES and give customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through our passion for people and food. Your Duties:

• Safeguard your own safety and the safety of others while performing your duties.
• Support the Deli Lites Quality Team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene.
• Approve in-process production by verifying specifications; conduct visual and measurement tests; communicate adjustments to supervisors.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conduct tests; manage re-work processes.
• Complete paperwork and records of checks, including weight, temperature, label, metal detection, and checkweigher checks.
• Communicate Non-Conformances through Daily Quality Reports.
• Maintain measurement equipment and highlight repairs if needed.
• Support production and prevent the use of sub-standard ingredients or unsafe products.
• Assist NPD and Production teams during trials.
• Report issues that may affect food safety, legality, or quality.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
