Job description

About the role

• Vehicle fault diagnostics, servicing and repairs including MOT preps in accordance with First Bus Standard Engineering Operating Procedures
• To fully comply with all HS&E legislation along with Group Policies
• To fully comply with all relevant Standard Operating Procedures.
• Maintain and develop technical skills as required
• Work will cover all depots within the east, working 5 days on 2 days off shifts, with some overtime expected.

We'll provide your overalls (PPE) needed to do your job successfully.

Shift pattern: Tuesday to Friday, 20:15 - 06:00

Hourly pay rate: £20.54 + £2,000 JOINING BONUS!!

About you

• A minimum Level 3 NVQ standard or equivalent (i.e., City & Guilds Level 1&2)
• A flexible approach to working hours
• An aptitude to develop others within the Engineering Team
• A PCV licence is desirable or a willingness to obtain a PCV licence is essential.
• Experience of working with coaches would be advantageous
