Winsearch is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Leader for a fast-paced manufacturing site in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The role runs 10PM–6AM, Sunday to Thursday, and reports to the production management team.

You will oversee a production line, coach team members and ensure safety, quality and GMP standards are met while maintaining production continuity. The successful candidate will have previous production leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to drive continuous

• Previous experience leading teams in production/manufacturing.
• Strong leadership to drive performance and motivate shop-floor staff.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure the line runs safely and efficiently.
• Deliver production targets on time and in full.
• Complete quality checks and CCP checks accurately and on time.
• Maintain production paperwork and SIC boards.
