Job summary

Winsearch is seeking a Production Team Leader for the 6AM-2PM shift at a busy food manufacturing site in Oldham, Greater Manchester. The role focuses on leading a production line, achieving targets, and ensuring health & safety, quality and GMP standards.

You will monitor line performance, complete checks, coach a small team, and drive continuous improvement while keeping production running smoothly during a Monday-Friday shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team to hit daily targets.
• Ensure the production line operates safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
• Complete quality checks and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Maintain production boards and paperwork.
• Monitor line performance, downtime, waste and overall efficiency.
• Escalate issues promptly and coordinate with other teams as needed.
