Qualifications
- Proven experience in a production management role within food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with focus on safety and quality.
- Experience driving efficiencies, waste reduction and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead health and safety agenda and zero-tolerance approach to breaches.
- Oversee daily production, meet targets, and optimize processes.
- Monitor KPIs (OEE, labour hours, delivery targets) and drive TLC tools.
- Manage costs, labour, and raw materials; report variances daily.
- Coach team leaders and maintain engagement, training, and development.
