Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Nights Technical Team Leader to oversee a busy food manufacturing operation during the night shift. You will support food safety, quality, compliance and training across the night team, working closely with Production, Quality Control and Factory Leaders to maintain standards and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience within a technical, quality or food manufacturing environment.
• GMP knowledge and strong understanding of food safety and compliance.
• Experience leading and developing teams through coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory operations with a focus on maintaining food safety and quality.
• Lead investigations into safety, quality and compliance issues and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor staff compliance and ensure training is completed and up to date.
• Produce monthly reports highlighting trends and board-worthy topics.
