Job summary

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting for a Food FMCG Night Shift Production Manager to lead a high-volume overnight operation, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery of the production plan.

You will coach Team Leaders, drive OEE improvements, manage KPIs, and collaborate with Technical, Engineering and Planning teams to maximise equipment and labour utilisation while maintaining HACCP, GMP and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HACCP Qualification.
• Food Safety Qualification.
• Foundation-level Health & Safety Qualification.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement / OPEX qualification - desirable.
• Relevant Food Manufacturing / FMCG Production Management experience.
• Experience working within recognised food safety, quality and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night shift to deliver the production plan safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with Technical, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse and other departments.
• Develop and coach Team Leaders and production colleagues; communicate priorities.
• Manage KPIs including OEE, output, yield, waste, downtime and right‑first‑time.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement using Lean/OPEX.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure SOPs, 5S and autonomous maintenance practices.
• Lead improvement projects to increase productivity, reduce waste and costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
