Job summary

The Compleat Food Group in Clitheroe is seeking a Night Production Supervisor to lead the night shift, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing through the night. You will work with planning, warehouse and quality teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will develop your team, drive continuous improvement and help maintain exceptional health and food safety standards while meeting production targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead large operational teams.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow H&S procedures and report hazards.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards during shift.
• Deliver high standards of quality per customer specs.
• Complete and submit documentation for traceability.
• Follow daily production plan with planner on changes.
• Monitor progress and manage delays and constraints.
• Provide shift handovers and training to new starters and existing team members.
