Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking a Night Production Supervisor in Clitheroe to lead the night shift, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing. You will drive health and safety, GMP standards, and on-time production, while developing the team and coordinating with planning, warehousing and quality colleagues.

You will oversee labour planning, support continuous improvement, manage changeovers, and maintain traceability and product integrity across the shift.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Leading and managing large operational teams.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the night production team to meet targets.
• Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and GMP standards.
• Deliver high quality products to customer specifications.
• Coordinate with planning, warehouse and quality teams.
• Plan labour allocation and manage shift handovers.
• Identify and address delays, issues and bottlenecks to keep plans on track.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and NPD trials.
