Job summary

Select Appointments is recruiting a Night Shift Process Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team in Brandon, Suffolk. You\'ll oversee night operations, drive production targets, and ensure health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.

You will coach and develop staff, manage handovers with day shifts, handle issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Monday-Thursday nights with three consecutive days off each week offer a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Manufacturing, FMCG or production experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-06:00

You will be responsible for leading and supporting the night shift team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and housekeeping.
