Job summary

Select Appointments is recruiting a Night Shift Process Supervisor to lead a busy manufacturing team in Brandon, Suffolk. You\'ll oversee night operations, drive production targets, and ensure health and safety, quality and housekeeping standards are met.

You will coach and develop staff, manage handovers with day shifts, handle issues promptly, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Monday-Thursday nights with three consecutive days off each week offer a structured schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Able to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• Good understanding of safety and quality standards.
• Manufacturing, FMCG or production experience would be desirable but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the production team.
• Monitor production output, quality and downtime.
• Ensure health & safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
• Deal with any issues quickly and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement and help identify ways to improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with management and other shifts during handovers.
