Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is recruiting an Operations Support for our Harworth site on a full-time basis. Salary is £28,366 per year, with 4 on 4 off days from 6am to 6pm.

The role focuses on maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and providing engineering solutions to support the warehouse team. You will monitor equipment, work with third parties on external systems, perform planned maintenance, and report on equipment status weekly.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of warehouse equipment including printers and label systems.
• Experience with IT asset management and device configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot networks and patching of terminals and printers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with 3rd parties on external systems.
• Provide engineering solutions to assist in an operational capacity.
• Monitor all machines and ancillary plant to drive efficiency and reliability.
• Carry out planned maintenance and repairs with little disruption to schedules.
• Provide weekly reports to management on equipment status.
• Proactively make recommendations regarding equipment to meet site needs.
