Job summary

Vigilant Security in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive supervisor to lead daily operations and staff scheduling on a 4 on 4 off night shift.

You will oversee frontline teams, monitor patrol performance, and ensure Health & Safety compliance while delivering excellent customer service and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role includes full training on company systems, access to progression opportunities, and a smart uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence is essential.
• SIA licence desirable; training can be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexible and reliable; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Supervise frontline teams and monitor patrol performance.
• Manage time and attendance systems.
• Respond to incidents and contribute to planning.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance.
• Address customer and client queries professionally.
