Job summary

Atlas Security is seeking a Night Operations Supervisor to lead overnight security operations in the UK. You will monitor CCTV, coordinate incident responses, and manage Mobile Officers on the ground to deliver a professional and reliable service.

The role follows a 4 on/4 off pattern (18:00-06:00) and offers funded SIA CCTV training, a structured rota, and clear opportunities for progression within a growing security team.

Qualifications

• A valid SIA CCTV (Public Space Surveillance) Licence.
• A valid SIA Door Supervisor OR Security Guarding Licence.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Professional and reliable attitude with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to incidents.
• Operate the site security control room.
• Manage radio communications and alarm responses.
• Control and monitor site access and keyholding records.
• Complete incident reports and keep control room records up to date.
