Job summary

Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer for a food manufacturing site in Evesham. The role predominantly involves electrical maintenance with some mechanical duties to keep high-speed production lines running and ensure safety and compliance.

You will fault-find, carry out planned maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and communicate improvements. Experience in FMCG and both mechanical and electrical knowledge are desirable, with a night-shift 4 on/4 off

Qualifications

• Solid maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding with safety focus.
• Experience with high-speed production equipment and site services.

Responsibilities

• Predominantly electrical maintenance role with some mechanical duties.
• Fault-finding, planned maintenance and breakdown response.
• Identify issues, record findings and communicate improvements.
• Ensure equipment and activities meet safety and compliance standards.
