Job summary

Future Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a market‑leading food manufacturer in Wisbech. The role focuses on electrical and mechanical maintenance of production lines, with a 4 on 4 off night shift (6pm–6am) and a strong emphasis on plant uptime.

You will perform PPMs, diagnose faults in 3‑phase systems and PLCs, and work across control systems on a brand‑new site under development. Immediate start available for a reliable, hands‑on engineer.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical maintenance background in food/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with 3-phase systems and PLC fault finding in fast-paced environments.
• Time-served engineer with City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and repairing production machinery.
• Performing PPMs and responding to reactive maintenance issues.
• Electrical fault finding on PLCs and 3-phase systems.
• Working across control systems to support production uptime.
• Rotating 4 on 4 off night shift, 6pm–6am.
