Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a high-tech FMCG site in Gloucestershire. You will maintain automated production lines, perform fault-finding, and execute preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

The role requires electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with flexibility for a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern and potential overtime. Competitive salary up to £52,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Hands-on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced industrial factory.
• Ability to work a days and nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated and semi-automated production machinery.
• Fault-finding on complex equipment to maximise uptime.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Support production performance across the site through proactive maintenance and fault diagnosis.
