Job summary

Mount Charles Group in Greater Belfast is recruiting a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team. You will deliver high-quality cleaning services across sites, responding to client needs with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday with hours between 6am and 6pm, offering pro rata annual leave and a supportive, family-oriented environment that values your safety and wellbeing while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors would be an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety instructions and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility in line with client specifications.
• Respond positively, politely and promptly to customer requirements and carry out duties professionally.
• Provide a range of general cleaning services including offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished in your area and equipment is maintained.
• Report defects to your Line Manager and follow all company procedures and safety regulations.
