Job summary

Siamo Recruitment is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their prestigious client’s site in Gargrave, BD23. This medical site offers long-term employment with a temp-to-perm contract.

Shift pattern is full-time, Monday to Thursday, 6am-4.30pm, at £12.80 per hour. Candidates should have a good English level and be able to travel to a remote area; RTW/ID checks, and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing are required.

Qualifications

• Good level of English.
• Pass the Maths/English Test.
• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test.
• Have own transport / means to get to and from work (area is remote).

Responsibilities

• Perform manual tasks including order picking, sorting, stacking, and quality checks.
• Safely handle and transport goods to designated storage areas.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment before each shift and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to high hygiene standards, personal hygiene and working practices.
