Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a mechanically minded maintenance technician for night shifts within a food manufacturing environment. You will be the first responder when production lines stop, diagnosing faults and performing mechanical maintenance to keep lines running.

You will collaborate with the Engineering team and external specialists for deeper faults, taking ownership to fix issues quickly and safely while prioritising quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• Previous Manufacturing and production line experience.
• Mechanical and/or engineering experience.
• Food Industry experience (not essential).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faults on production lines.
• Perform mechanical first-line maintenance and preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Coordinate with Engineering team or external specialists for deeper faults.
• Keep machinery running smoothly and safely.
