Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer for a night-shift role at a Norwich-area FMCG site. You will perform electrical maintenance on automated production lines, diagnose faults, and carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and support daily production targets.

The role offers a market rate salary with overtime opportunities and opportunities for training and development within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial FMCG environment.
• Hands-on maintenance on production machinery with fault-finding, reactive and planned maintenance.
• Experience with 4 on 4 off nights shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance and fault-finding on automated/semi-automated production equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and support production targets.
