Night Shift Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all hotel operations out of hours, ensuring the delivery of the ‘Beaverbrook Experience’ and a home away from home for our guests.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest requests and disturbances.
• Provide limited food and drink service to residents after restaurant hours.
• Complete administrative duties, including end-of-day reports and night audits.
• Get to know our guests and members, updating their profiles on Opera.

Who You Are:

• Charming, passionate, enthusiastic, and prideful in your work.
• Proven experience working night shifts in a luxury hotel.
• Immaculately groomed and well presented.
• Detail-oriented and inspiring.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Symphony is desirable.

Salary and Shift Details:

Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum plus tronc

Shift Pattern:

• Five days on one week, two days off the next.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
• Shift hours: 20:00-08:00.
