Antalis is seeking a highly organised Night Shift Manager for the UK head office and Central Distribution Centre in Coalville. Hours are 18:00–02:00, Monday to Friday, overseeing logistics operations to deliver excellent service.

You will lead a multi-discipline team, manage budgets, and drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across RDCs and 3PL partners. Strong IT and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and manage a sizeable multi-discipline team.
• Experience in managing budgets, cost control and financial accounting.
• Competent in Warehouse Management Systems (ideally Manhattan) and MS Excel & Word.
• Analytical and organised approach with strong IT skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment during the shift in line with safety standards.
• Plan, organise and review outbound warehouse activities and resources to meet targets.
• Deliver service levels by monitoring shift performance and implementing improvements.
• Produce performance reports to support management decisions.
• Lead the shift team, manage discipline, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate with RDCs, 3PL, internal departments and other shifts.
• Identify and implement process improvements and changes.
• Develop and lead shift training in partnership with the Training Manager.

Antalis is seeking a highly organised and driven Night Shift Manager to join its Logistics Operational Team at the UK head office and Central Distribution Centre in Coalville working 18:00-02:00 Monday- Friday.

As the Night Shift Manager you are responsible for managing logistics operations safely, efficiently, and effectively to deliver excellent service to customers and stake holders- proving the best service possible!

About the Role

• Maintain a safe, compliant working environment throughout the shift in line with legal and Antalis safety standards.
• Plan, organise and review outbound warehouse activities and resources to meet operational and budget targets.
• Deliver agreed service levels by monitoring shift performance, assessing effectiveness and implementing improvements where needed.
• Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports to support the CDC Operations Manager in reviewing and adjusting processes or policy.
• Lead the shift team to achieve targets, managing discipline, attendance and performance in line with company policy.
• Ensure effective communication across RDCs, 3PL partners, internal departments, other CDC shifts and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• process, procedure, and system improvement opportunities, recommend solutions and implement changes.
• Assess, develop and lead shift training requirements in partnership with the Training Manager.

Requirements
