Job summary

Sharpak Aylesham is seeking a Night Shift Thermoforming Manager to lead the production operation and drive performance, ensuring targets are met while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will supervise the night shift, coordinate schedules, enforce safety, and mentor the team to foster continuous improvement in a growing, sustainable packaging business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
