Sharpak Aylesham Ltd is seeking an experienced Night Shift Thermoforming Manager to lead our production operation and drive performance. You will supervise the night shift, ensure targets are met, maintain quality and safety standards, and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of thermoforming processes, and the ability to train and develop the team, while maintaining accurate production records in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
