Sharpak Aylesham, a leading thermoforming manufacturer in the UK, is seeking an experienced Night Shift Thermoforming Manager to lead production, drive performance and ensure safety and quality during night operations.

The role requires proven managerial experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to work under pressure. Salary is £54,000 with pension, training and a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
