Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical engineering experience is required.
• A relevant engineering qualification is preferred; training and funded qualifications may be available.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as with a wider on-site team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and taking ownership of resolutions.
• Good organisational skills for tasks, paperwork, parts and handovers.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance across the site to minimise downtime.
• Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to keep production running.
• Identify improvements for machine performance and implement practical solutions.
• Complete engineering paperwork accurately for compliance and audits.
• Coordinate and supervise external contractors on site per policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and detailed records of tasks.
