Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer (Nights) in Andover, Hampshire. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment in a fast-paced FMCG setting, driving uptime and reliability during night shifts.

The role requires Level 3 Engineering qualification (Electrical bias preferred) and hands-on experience, with LT0 compliance and RCA awareness. Competitive package included.

Qualifications

Electrical or mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory.
Level 3 Engineering qualification (Electrical preferred / electrical bias).

Responsibilities

Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and planned preventive maintenance on production machinery and site equipment.
Ensure maximum uptime, reliability and performance on night shifts.
Carry out RCA and contribute to continuous improvement.
Record downtime and maintenance data to improve OEE.
