You will set up and operate CNC and manual machines, producing high-precision metallic components to tight tolerances and deadlines, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Machinist in a high-precision metallic environment.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining (3-axis, 4-axis, and/or 5-axis milling/turning).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and tight tolerance requirements.
• Experience machining low-volume, high-complexity components to motorsport or aerospace standards.
• Proficient with precision measuring equipment (micrometers, bore gauges, CMM data).
• Good communication and teamwork across shifts.

Aufgaben

• Manufacture accurate metallic components to specification, fully deburred.
• Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machine tools.
• Ensure components meet dimensional, surface finish and quality requirements.
• Select cutting tools and machining strategies for materials.
• Identify and resolve machining issues promptly.
• Maintain ERP transactions including job tracking and time booking.
• Support QA activities with first-off inspection and in-process checks.
• Communicate clearly between shifts and participate in reviews.
