Aston Martin Formula One Team is seeking a skilled Machinist for night shifts at the Silverstone site. You will manufacture precision metallic components, set up and operate CNC and manual machines, and support QA with first-off inspections and in-process checks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in a high-performance motorsport environment. You will work across shifts and contribute to safety and quality standards while maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Machinist in a high-precision metallic environment.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings with GD&T.
• Experience with CNC milling/turning and setting up machines.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality metallic components to tight tolerances and deadlines.
• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC and manual machine tools.
• Perform first-off inspections and in-process checks; ensure QA compliance.
