Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting for Night Shift Machine Operators in Telford, with a 6:00pm–6:00am, 4 on/4 off pattern. You will operate and monitor production machinery, perform quality checks, and ensure products meet customer specifications in a busy food manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable, and ready to learn. On-site aptitude testing is required, with full training provided and long-term progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• This role requires a proactive approach and reliability in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to learn quickly and work safely within food production processes.
• Comfortable with night shifts and weekend rotation on a 4 on/4 off pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery.
• Carry out quality checks against specifications.
• Ensure products meet customer requirements and safety standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures meticulously.
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work as part of a team to hit production targets.
• Learn production processes and machine operations over time.
• Assist with machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
