Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting night shift production operatives for a busy Chichester site. You will work on a production line packing fresh produce, loading lines, and boxing finished items.

You will also handle machine changes, warehouse packing, and palletising, with emphasis on quality checks and adherence to Food Hygiene and safety rules. Ideal candidates may have experience in a chilled environment and must be able to work the 6pm–6am pattern (4 nights on, 3 off).

Qualifications

• Desirable: experience in a chilled environment.
• Able to work in shift patterns.
• Transport advised due to site location.
• Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Able to interpret product and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate on production line and pack fresh produce.
• Load production lines and box/pack finished products.
• Change over machines and operate safely and efficiently.
• Assist warehouse tasks including packing and palletising.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure standards.
• Read labels and follow instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food hygiene and safety guidelines.
