Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Machine Operative in Market Drayton. You will work on rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, with duties including operating ovens and pastry equipment, ensuring correct ingredients are used and pastry quality meets standards. Previous machine operative experience and GMP familiarity are preferred.

The role offers day and night shift pay with on-site parking, canteen, and full training. Staffline provides onsite support and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Machine Operative experience required.
• Good handwriting skills.
• Numeracy skills essential.
• Confidence using computers.
• Experience of working to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Control large travelling and rack ovens.
• Operating machines - Dicing, Mixing, Pastry, Sous Vide Tanks and Giusti.
• Ensuring that correct ingredients are used.
• Ensuring pastry is to the right standard.
