Job summary

Reach plc is seeking reliable, hands-on individuals for a 4 on 4 off night shift in our print production team. You will train alongside our No.2 Printers, learning to operate high-speed production machinery and maintain top-quality output.

The role emphasizes practical tasks, teamwork and a commitment to safety. We value potential, passion and a positive attitude as you develop in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in how things work and progression in print industry.
• Enjoy practical, hands-on work with production equipment.
• Reliable team player who meets deadlines and supports colleagues.
• Willingness to develop skills to cover for the No.2 Printer as experience grows.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on training: learn to set rollers and operate Wifag Reel stands and strip stations independently.
• Maintain high production quality and identify issues requiring escalation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with the team to keep presses running.
• Carry out pre- and post-run checks, housekeeping, and keep production schedule on track.
• Liaise with No.2 Printer and Shift Managers to update on output and performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally conscious workspace in line with site policies.
