Night Shift Logistics Manager - Kensington Olympia Area

Location: Kensington Olympia, West London
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts)
Rate: 30 per hour (CIS/UTR)
Start Date: Monday 28th April
Duration: 4 weeks (with potential to extend)

Take charge of night operations on one of West London's most dynamic and high-profile redevelopment projects.

We're looking for a highly skilled Night Shift Logistics Manager to lead and manage overnight logistics on a landmark mixed-use development in the Kensington Olympia area. This large-scale site is undergoing significant transformation and requires a professional who can operate with autonomy, authority, and attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all night-time deliveries and logistics activities

• Supervise gate operations and ensure strict control of site access and egress

• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, security, and senior management

• Ensure documentation is accurate and logistics plans are strictly followed

• Uphold high standards of health & safety and site cleanliness overnight

• Provide clear handover and nightly reports to the day team

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 6 Black CSCS Card - essential

• Demonstrable experience managing logistics on major construction projects

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced site during unsociable hours

• Immediate availability to start from Monday 28th April
