Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking an Inbound Logistics Manager with a proven track record of managing a logistics team within the fashion industry. You will be responsible for all import documentation, maintaining accurate records, sending ASNs to warehouses, and creating export invoices.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience managing inbound shipments in the fashion industry
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, with proactive issue anticipation and quick reactions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under direction
  • Approachable personality with good interpersonal skills and a motivation to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Zedonk is a plus but not essential

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all inbound stock movements to UK and EU warehouses using Zedonk, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager
  • Handling all inbound air and sea shipments with forwarders to both UK and EU
  • Planning and tracking orders and shipments from suppliers to warehouses
  • Sending shipment information to freight forwarders
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with external partners such as freight forwarders and suppliers
  • Collaborating with production on inbound POs
  • Managing import documentation, record keeping, ASN sending, and export invoice creation
  • Addressing customer queries and requests, planning shipments, and updating customer portals
  • Maintaining accurate delivery records, verifying supplier invoices, customer POs, and delivery paperwork
  • Monitoring and resolving system and warehouse discrepancies
  • Handling internal stock status queries and seasonal inbound deliveries
  • Regularly communicating inbound overview reports and PO tracking for wholesale and e-commerce stock
  • Working with the team to prevent delays and quality issues
  • Managing stock inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, e.g., DT stock
  • Sending weekly stock and inbound reports to relevant teams
