Job summary

Evri Group is hiring for a permanent night-shift driver based in Peterborough. You’ll operate a modern Volvo lorry, with 9-hour night shifts and 45-hour weeks, ensuring on-time delivery to UK and international destinations.

Expect a supportive team, planned schedules, and opportunities to grow within a leading parcel network. You will be responsible for route planning, safe loading/unloading, daily vehicle checks and documenting any defects.

Qualifications

• Class 1 driving licence required.
• DCPC training hours completed or working toward.
• Knowledge of Road Transport Laws and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lorry from our fleet, nights, with 9-hour shifts.
• Plan routes with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Load/unload at sites as required and drive pallet equipment.
• Inspect vehicle and trailer daily and file a defect report when needed.
