Job summary

Evri Group in Lincoln is seeking a professional Class 1 driver for permanent night shifts on a 45-hour week. You will operate a modern Volvo fleet, trunking to regional hubs, and enjoy a structured schedule with predictable nights.

Qualifications

• Class 1 Driving licence as a minimum.
• Completed required DCPC training hours or be working towards them.
• Excellent knowledge of Road Transport Laws - and commitment to safe use of the roads.

Responsibilities

• Drive a lorry from our Volvo fleet, ensuring comfort and safety on all journeys.
• Trunking to regional hubs on the night shift, with long stretches on open roads.
• Inspect your vehicle and trailer daily and complete a Defect Report if necessary.
• Scan consignments, handle pallet trucks where required, and assist with loading/unloading as needed.
